He pays special attention to the form and ways of using materials,

so as to better explore the nature of things on the world, something that is often hidden and obscured,

and to express a power that gushes out from the inside.

An artwork is supposed to be an integrated form of various elements that coexist harmoniously,

elements that bring inspiration by parts of the decoration, and show the nature of things through the details.

When the building that towers into the clouds meets the solemnity

of law firm, something magical is expected to happen here.

浙江(jiang)寰球經瑋律(lv)師(shi)事(shi)務(wu)管理所新(xin)會(hui)議室室座落在(zai)獵德(de)橋畔，俯看一個(ge)珠(zhu)江(jiang)新(xin)城區(qu)。

The new office for GLOBAL KINGWAY LAW FIRMwill be

situated in the vicinity of Lie De Bridg,

from which you can enjoy a bird's-eye view of the whole Pearl River New Town.

在項目流(liu)程設定上設定師(shi)提現(xian)廣州寰宇光華刑事案件律師(shi)事宜所(suo)的核(he)心(xin)內容(rong)核(he)心(xin)理念“北京(jing)環球視角(jiao)，本地智(zhi)慧(hui)云。”

兩個層面背景為調(diao)性，充分運用通往天際線(xian)的間(jian)距開發新(xin)胸懷(huai)，接壤珠江(jiang)的視覺開闊放寬(kuan)要求視域(yu)，

以珠江千古經(jing)驗智識的(de)結晶與集(ji)學識大成的(de)法典，塑造設計(ji)與智識。

The designer has based this project on the key idea of GLOBAL KINGWAY LAW FIRM,

which is “Global vision together with local wisdom”.

This design makes full use of the height of the building towering into the sky,

the breath-taking view over the bank of Pearl River,

the culture and wisdom of the Pearl River region that lasts for over thousands of years,

and presents the ethos of a law firm, expressing both elegance and wisdom.

全球時、經(jing)偉彼此、法(fa)令之(zhi)巔均在蘋果云，

構造一間聽覺與深刻含義兩(liang)相對比較(jiao)應的“仙界之城”，

樹立添(tian)富藍籌，又(you)去不失親和。

With such a global vision and a great location, the office,

or the law firm, will be standing on the top of the world,

as a “City over the Clouds” that conveys beauty and its unique philosophy,

namely being calm and reliable, as well as kind and approachable.   

接代前廳，解構(gou)表現(xian)慈悲(bei)與(yu)聰(cong)慧的法典對(dui)于首要形式，巧(qiao)用如(ru)半空之境那樣玻利維(wei)亞藍黃金麻石(shi)材，

學習借鑒斯(si)卡帕(pa)的非指(zhi)稱性平面圖(tu)形技法，刻畫(hua)每個引導節(jie)，擊破房間原有的要素落(luo)滿于(yu)外(wai)形中，

切割成(cheng)出前臺到訪(fang)到訪(fang)、休閑地到訪(fang)區(qu)、主(zhu)辦公接待室主(zhu)進口3個職能區(qu)，

意寓智慧網凝(ning)結的小(xiao)水滴造型(xing)設計鋁合金部件從動(dong)用水光針瀲滟的水波(bo)紋板不銹鋼裝飾(shi)管嗎往下流，高達視(shi)覺目的。

In the lobby, the design for the reception takes inspiration from the form of a

statute book which is the symbol of solemnity and wisdom,

draws on the Scarpa’s Non-referential graphic technique, shows indicative details,

makes fully use of the space, and clearly divides areas for different functions,

such as reception area, resting space, and the entrance to the meeting room.

The metal sculpture in the shape of water,

symbolizing wisdom and dripping down from the metal ceiling, conveys the beauty of art.

藉著驚人的(de)半空(kong)的(de)紗窗彎折出最具反差的(de)日復景致，白(bai)天長空(kong)千萬里，夜幕又最具情韻。

整塊位置各設計之中(zhong)內容布局癥狀團結一心，而使描繪出出莊重沉穩與親和的刑(xing)事律師樣貌符合均衡性團結一心。

The ground window made of glass reveals the gorgeous scenery outside

both day and night with different views to enjoy.

All those elements in the space integrate together,

thus forming a special balance,

and showing a rigorous and friendly atmosphere of the law firm. 

非(fei)常(chang)多(duo)的小研討會室、刑事(shi)辯護律師調節工作中室、自主企業室內等小范圍，以(yi)實際情況的企業辦公樓需(xu)求去游玩前(qian)，

運(yun)用(yong)舉止端莊的(de)板材和(he)色彩有所作為室內空間主旋律，玻利維(wei)亞藍的(de)點(dian)狀態比較巧(qiao)妙地(di)亮色在這其中。

甚多藝(yi)術性的獨特氣質的擺設(she)配件情(qing)節(jie)，除開原料上的錯綜復(fu)雜，只使用(yong)完(wan)全和黑(hei)色(se)在(zai)地(di)方(fang)運(yun)球，

以大(da)大(da)小淺灰調脫離(li)形體(ti)(ti)訓練(lian)弧線團體(ti)(ti)交(jiao)疊帶(dai)去的(de)混亂感。

As regards to smaller meeting room, working office for lawyers,

and private office, the design is more based on the practical considerations,

with the use of materials and colors that conveys the feeling of prudence and credibility,

and of Bolivian blue colors dotting in the space as decoration.

The facilities and furniture are simple but show fine taste and artistry, through the details,

with blue color making everything go well together,

and the grey color in large space to offset the messy feeling

brought by the use of various shapes and lines. 

緊貼著(zhu)車道蔓延開始工(gong)作會三維空間(jian)。巧用經緯度交(jiao)織的(de)邊(bian)線裁(cai)割吊(diao)頂天(tian)花，

與方塊地(di)毯(tan)輪廓線肌理相(xiang)輔相(xiang)成，墻身臻選(xuan)黑色(se)玉砂美(mei)工(gong)夾(jia)絲玻璃，結合(he)在一(yi)起吊頂塑料的射線材質原料，

在光(guang)與影切換相互(hu)間，讓交互(hu)用心于(yu)心、高(gao)效化于(yu)行，而(er)又無失振奮；大交互(hu)兼而(er)有之輕(qing)松自由組合式及切分模塊，

可給出(chu)應該(gai)調正出(chu)多種成長型型聯席電視(shi)電話會(hui)(hui)議廳，每個人足夠商洽(qia)及視(shi)頻聯席電視(shi)電話會(hui)(hui)議功效，

呈出現來出的個(ge)重構而又獨特的利索余地，超過藝術創意性與選用性的淬硬(ying)層融入。

Walking down the corridor you will enter the meeting room,

decorated by lines and stripes on the ceiling, which match well with the graphics on the carpet.

On the wall is the specially selected jade sand glass in the color of blue,

reflecting the light beaming down from the metal material on the ceiling,

which creats an environment for the meeting to go on effectively and actively.

The large meeting room can be divided into smaller ones in the medium or small sizes, 

according to different using purposes, while each of them can still

provide enough room and functions for regular meetings and video ones,

allowing more privacy and yet still integrating well with each other.

Such a design combines both artistry and practicability.

跨入休閑度假的空(kong)間(jian)(jian)，開發泡茶(cha)間(jian)(jian)及書吧坦然面對在戶外窗臺，

獨攬基層江(jiang)景，將廣(guang)州塔與(yu)珠(zhu)江(jiang)新陳的耀眼之(zhi)美盡收視(shi)網膜，

順應時勢生態環保和商務休閑恬靜(jing)的人文教(jiao)育(yu)需。啟發斯(si)卡帕般(ban)新娘造(zao)型現象學(xue)來結構空間，

以具有井然有序感的(de)墻壁弧線和玻利(li)維亞(ya)藍大理市石造型圖(tu)片減肥(fei)前后出注重(zhong)細節與趣味(wei)游戲，簡化而深(shen)具發生變(bian)化。

Entering the leisure space, which is featured by a spacious tea room and a reading area, facing to the balcony,

you can have a great view of the Pearl River, with the scenery of Canton Tower and the whole Pearl River New

Town right under your eyes. The design draws inspiration on the beauty of nature, takes into consideration

the needs of users to have breaks, learns from the Modelling aesthetics of Scarpa to create the space, and uses

carefully-arranged walls, lines and the material of marble in the color of Bolivian blue to create

a both prudent and pleasant atmosphere, which shows simplicity and the changes.

煉出發律的興起之島-古羅馬帝國的圓拱時尚造(zao)型，完后簡單演藝當做往來(lai)接待室區的管道門(men)，

讓每一(yi)(yi)位次一(yi)(yi)進一(yi)(yi)出辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)場(chang)所(suo)場(chang)所(suo)區(qu)都感(gan)語到另一(yi)(yi)種莊嚴神(shen)圣的流(liu)程感(gan)。隨著擋光開始辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)場(chang)所(suo)場(chang)所(suo)范圍，

以(yi)灰黑色及淺黑色為色調，路面緊密聯(lian)系中有水紋(wen)意象花型的(de)藍色系地墊(dian)，以(yi)代(dai)理蘋(pin)果云上的(de)蔚藍連綴(zhui)之中，

并(bing)推(tui)動圓球錯覺上的(de)經偉申(shen)請這類(lei)卡種曲線(xian)(xian)提額做強濃重的(de)點線(xian)(xian)面，縱行重疊豐富的(de)室內空間狀態，簡約風格中散發(fa)出了一些繽紛的(de)意思(si)朝氣。

以光(guang)華輪廓線條切(qie)割器出立體空間墻身時(shi)尚外(wai)觀，再以法典與光(guang)華組(zu)合創建而成的(de)(de)梯面時(shi)尚外(wai)觀運用斯卡帕的(de)(de)技術時(shi)尚外(wai)觀行(xing)態顏色斑斕進來，時(shi)時(shi)刻(ke)刻(ke)傾(qing)吐著北京環球光(guang)華的(de)(de)內(nei)核和(he)規劃，眺望隨(sui)前照燈改換的(de)(de)顏色，感觸國內(nei)的(de)(de)法律的(de)(de)穩重及不息的(de)(de)生(sheng)趣。

Modelling the commonly seen arches in Rome, the birth place of laws,

the entrance into the working area is created using a similar concept,

hence bringing a sense of holiness and solemnity. Behind this aisle lighted by the buried lamp,

is the office, with the color of white widely used in this space,

and with the blue carpet on which waves shapes are used,

to symbolize the blue and white clouds in the sky.

The well-designed use of curves and lines and surfaces creates a rich space that integrates together,

and shows the vitality out of simplicity. The lines cut off by the walls and tread surface,

which draws inspiration from Scarpa’s forms for artistic modeling,

and symbolizes statute books and the intertwined lines of longitude and latitude,

is expressing the key idea and vision ofGLOBAL KINGWAY LAW FIRM.

Standing in this room, when you look up for the lights that could change colors,

you can feel the solemnity and the vitality of law.
